REORGANIZES: The Upper Delaware Council elected officers for 2011
at its annual meeting held January 6 in Narrowsburg.
Elected as 2011 officers were, seated from the left: Vice-Chairperson Nadia Rajsz, Town of Lumberland; Chairperson Dolores A. Keesler, Damascus Township; and Secretary-Treasurer John B. Niflot, Town of Fremont.
NOTE: A vacancy in the chairperson's position was created on March 21, 2011, when the Damascus Township Board of Supervisors voted to remove Dolores K. Keesler as its representative to the UDC. Larry H. Richardson, who has represented the Town of Cochecton, NY on the UDC for the past 22 years, was unanimously elected on May 5 as Council chairperson for the balance of 2011.
